Futures Pathway Year 7 and Year 9 students went to Compton Verney Art Gallery to work with the artist Rebecca Louise Law on her Seasons installation. The students have been engaging in the natural world with nature diaries since September and saw a selection of their diaries on display as part of the exhibition.
Seasons is a visually stunning site-specific installation by British artist Rebecca Louise Law. Composed of approximately 250,000 preserved seasonal flowers and plants suspended on copper wires, the installation reflects the ebb and flow of life. Taking the visitor on an undulating, physical and experiential journey through the year, Seasons will conclude with natural materials foraged from the gallery grounds.
