Arrangements for collecting Exam Certificates from Summer 2024

A level and GCSE Certificates from the Summer 2024 period will be available from Monday 2nd December.

Certificates will be available collection, from 09:00am-15:00pm, depending on the school students attended:

Wykham Park Academy students – Wykham Park reception
Futures Institute students – Futures reception
Sixth Form students – Wykham Park reception

The importance of collecting your exam certificates

These are extremely important documents which will be required by future educational establishments and employers and therefore should be collected promptly and stored safely.

Schools are only required to keep exam certificates for 12 months and then they can be destroyed.

Duplicate statement of results are issued by exam boards, will cost at least £45 each (copy certificates are no longer issued)

If you wish someone to collect them for you, please ask them to bring written authorisation from you, they will then need to sign for them
If you wish your certificates to be posted to you, please forward an A4 sized stamped addressed envelope to the value of £3.25 to me, to cover the cost of recorded delivery (a requirement by the examination boards)
